Eases strain on wrist
When your mouse pad is sitting on your desk the weight of your arm is often carried by your wrist and shoulder. mouseArm allows you to rest your forearm on the arm of your computer chair.

Promotes better posture
Often the placement of the mouse pad requires you to lean forward when working with the mouse. mouseArm allows you to sit back in your office chair and use the support built into the chair.

Users report a decrease in neck, shoulder and arm pain
See our reviews page for some of the comments we have had sent to us about mouseArm and also see what some physiotherapists think about it.

Does not come with a wrist rest
According to Cornell University 10 Tips for Mouse Use you should avoid surface pressure contact on your wrist and should not use a wrist rest. Your forearm is supported when you use mouseArm so you will probably find you don't need a wrist rest.

Does not intrude into your seating space

Works well with a pull out keyboard tray.
Often a pull out keyboard tray does not have room for your mouse pad. mouseArm fits neatly beside the tray placing the mouse in easy reach.

Flex acts as shock absorber for your wrist
Constructed of durable ABS plastic mouseArm has flex built into it. Constant pressure from a rigid surface is hard on the wrist so we designed mouseArm to move with you as you work (or play).

Reduces eye strain
One of the causes of eye strain when using a computer is sitting too close to the monitor. mouseArm allows you to sit back in your chair and even move your chair back so you can better maintain the proper distance from your monitor.

Replaceable mouse pad.
mouseArm comes with a mouse pad recessed into it. This mouse pad comes with a durable Lexan top and should last a long time. When it does get worn it can be easily replaced either with a pad of your choice, cut to fit, or by ordering a custom fit mouse pad from us.

Listen to what your body is telling you.
In a study done in India involving 650 career computer users 76% reported having at least 1 symptom of established CRI (computer related Injury). Symptoms included back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hand/wrist pain and visual strain.
60% of those with severe injuries recalled having chronic neck and shoulder pain or stiffness that they had considered normal for computer users and ignored. Dr. Deepak Sharan
