1. If you wish to return a product for any reason we will accept the return no questions asked. Collect shipments will not be accepted. Merchandise must be sent within 30 days of your receipt.
2. We request that you ship returns via Canada Post to the address listed below. Do not send the product C.O.D. as it will not be accepted. To protect yourself against loss or damage in shipping we recommend that you insure the products for their full value. Please keep all shipping receipts until your account has been credited.
3. Packages being returned from the USA must state on the shipping box "CANADIAN GOODS BEING RETURNED". Packages must be returned via US
mail.
